Q. Are these REAL Autographs, actually signed by the celebrity?

A. They absolutely are!

Q. What is the difference between Auction and Shop?

A. Our site has 2 sections, the Auction and the Retail Shop (Shop).

You can participate in any active auction and place bids on items that are currently listed on the auction, whereas the Shop is for retail purchases and no bids will be accepted for items that are not listed in the auction. If you are interested in seeing specific items from the Shop go into the auction, you can contact us and ask us to add items into a future auction, while we will try to accommodate your requests, we can not guarantee that those items will be added.

Q. Do your items include a Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?

A. EVERY item that we sell includes a Certificate of Authenticity! Most items also include the DATE and LOCATION of when and where the item was signed as well at no additional cost. We provide this information when ever it is possible. Matching numbered Holograms will be on the COA as well as the back of the signed item.

You can also click the “Additional Information” Tab located under the item’s image for this information.

Q. Can I place a “Proxy” Bid?

A. Yes!

You can raise your bid amount to the maximum you are willing to pay for this item and our system will do the rest for you.

Click the “Plus” button to your max bid before you click Bid and you will stay the high bidder until someone else bids above your maximum Proxy Bid.

Q. Can I Watch items before I bid on them?

A. Yes
Click the Add to watchlist link under the bidding area

Once clicked it will look like this

If activated, our system will send you an email to remind you that the auction is closing soon.

You will get 1 email for each item you watch.

Q. If I really want an item do I have to participate in the Auction or can I buy it now?

A. We do offer Buy it Now for all auctions. If someone wants to buy the item rather that fight it out in auction format, they can click this button and complete checkout, which will close the auction.

Q. Are there any additional fees in addition to the auction price?

A. NO!
We do not charge any closing fees, auctioneer fees, buyer premiums or any other fees.

Other than shipping fees, the price you bid and win an auction with, is the final price you will pay. The only exception for this is residents of SC will have to pay State Sales Tax.

Q. How will my order be shipped?

A. Orders will be shipped with in 72 hours from the time they are placed, MOST will be shipped with in 24 hours.
Flat Rate Shipping costs are $8 in the USA and $39 for all other areas.

We will combine like items paid for together in one shipment for the flat rate.

Q. How can I pay for multiple items at the same time to combine shipping?

A. Click the “My Auctions” link to see all of the items you won, Click the “Pay Now” button. This will add that item to your shopping cart, Return to the “My Auctions” area and repeat this action until all items you won are in your cart, at that time you can then checkout with only one Flat Rate Shipping Charge.

If not all of the auctions you are interested in have completed, and you’d like to have items you have paid for held, please contact us. You can check out with the items that have completed, ask us to hold that order (for up to a week) while other auctions finish, we will then issue you a coupon code that will remove shipping costs for the next batch so you only have to pay one shipping charge.

Q. Can I Buy Retail Shop items and have them ship with my Auction items?

A. YES! Just add the Retail items to your shopping cart as well as the auction items and checkout, we will ship them all together and for only 1 shipping charge.

Q. How do I enter a Coupon Code?

A. Once you are at checkout, look for the “Have a Coupon” Code link, when you click that a window will open for you to enter your coupon. Once entered be sure to click Apply Coupon.

Q. What forms of payment does your site accept?

A. At checkout you will be able to select to pay with your PayPal account, a major credit card through Stripe or you can pay with Cryptocurrency though Crypto.com

Just select your payment method at checkout, (Tick the bubble above the one you want to use) fill out any additional required information and press Place Order.

All forms of payment are 100% secure.

To pay with Crypto.com you will need to have your Crypto.com App handy to complete the order. You can currently pay with 13 different Cryptocurrencies (CRO, BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, LINK, WBTC, UNI, AAVE, COMP, TFI, REN and CRV)

Q. How can I pay With Cryptocurrencies?

A. First Step is Sign up for the Crypto.com App.
If you use THIS LINK to sign up and we will give you $25 in free Crypto when you sign up.

Once you have your account and have added some Crypto to your account, simply click the Pay button from the top of the home screen.

This will take you to the Crypto.com pay area of the app.
Click Scan from this screen to scan the QR Code make payment on our site.

From our website, select Crypto.com pay and then click Place order.

A new page will open so you can pay for you order.

Click the Big Blue Button and a new pop up window will come up.

Scan the QR code that pops up with your Crypto.com app, select which Crypto you would like to pay with and you are all done.

Q. Why is International Shipping so expensive?

A. What a GREAT question!
We ask this same question all the time.
The rates we charge for shipping are what it costs us to package and ship your orders.
We ship International orders “Flat Rate International Priority Mail” from The United States Postal Service (USPS). They include some Insurance as well as tracking.
While other types of international mailing services are available, but they do not include any tracking or the possibility for Insuring the package, so with out a way to find out where the item is and not being able to place a claim for loss or damage, we will not ship in these ways.

Q. How do you package items for shipping?

A. Flat items (8×10 or smaller photographs) are shipped in between 4 thick sheets of cardboard for safety.
Posters are rolled and shipped in a cardboard tube.
Larger items are evaluated on an item by item basis.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We only accept returns for authenticity reasons, but since we only sell items that our company personally obtained face to face with the celebrity, there is no way that this could be an issue.
